EMMA EDMANDS

I studied law at Murdoch University and graduated in 2019. From 2019 to 2022, I worked as a paralegal at large law firms in the commercial litigation space.

I enjoyed the fast-paced working environments and gained valuable experience at working efficiently to meet deadlines in these roles.

I was admitted to practice in April 2022 and started working at Croftbridge as a Lawyer in July 2022.

My main areas of interest are general litigation, wills & estates and employment law.

Since starting at Croftbridge, I have assisted Tim and Claudia with a range of employment law matters including unfair dismissals and general protections claims. I have also assisted Beverley with drafting estate planning documents, probate applications and contentious estate matters.

Legal matters at Croftbridge are carefully and strategically managed in order to achieve the best possible outcome for the client at a cost which is conducive of this.

In my spare time I like to spend time with my golden retriever, Hunter, and go to Pilates classes.
