TIM LETHBRIDGE
I have worked as a lawyer since 2001, specialising in commercial litigation and employment law.
After doing my articles at a small firm, I moved to a mid-size firm in 2006, where I stayed for 10 years and was ultimately made partner. Elise and I started Croftbridge in 2016. My focus is on clear communication and practical advice. I am experienced in most West Australian courts and tribunals. I also assist businesses with non-litigious employment advice, from drafting contracts to managing difficult employee issues.
My aim is to assist clients to understand and navigate what can be a difficult and complex process. I will always fight for my clients’ rights whilst, at the same time, explore non-litigious, cost-effective solutions to disputes.
When not working, you will usually find me at the WACA, in a movie theatre or in a good book.
