Nicola Miller-Davie
I graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Juris Doctor in December 2022 and was admitted to practice in November 2023.
Prior to joining the team at Croftbridge, I worked in civil litigation as a solicitor at a boutique law firm in Perth. I have experience in a broad range of civil and commercial matters, including disputed contracts, breach of director’s duties, proprietary estoppel and estate litigation.
At Croftbridge, I work exclusively in estate litigation with Dianna and Elise, this includes representing clients in Family Provision Act claims and contested wills.
I appreciate that there is an emotional aspect to this area of the law and that most clients navigating their way through estate litigation have often lost a loved one or are experiencing familial conflict. In light of this, I strive to bring a sensitive and uncomplicated approach to estate litigation.
One of my main objectives as a solicitor is to provide cost-effective and practical advice to my clients by considering the most commercial outcome for the specific client and matter at hand.
Outside of work, you can find me in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes or trying out new restaurants. I also enjoy practising yoga, Pilates and spending time at the beach.
