I hold a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sheffield and was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2008. After relocating to Perth in 2013, I was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2017
My legal practice is balanced between estate planning, estate administration, and contentious trust and estate matters, including bringing and defending Family Provision Act claims. I also represent clients in guardianship and administration matters before the State Administrative Tribunal.
I enjoy building strong connections with clients from the outset. By taking the time to understand each person’s unique needs and family dynamics, I provide clear, empathetic, and practical guidance aimed at achieving efficient and effective outcomes.
In recognition of my work, I have been listed in Doyle’s Guide as a Rising Star in Wills, Estates and Succession Planning (WA) in 2022, 2023, and 2024 and among the Leading Wills & Estates Litigation Lawyers in WA for 2025.
I am a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a trained collaborative practitioner, committed to helping clients resolve disputes respectfully and without the need for litigation whenever possible.
I have recently completed a Masters of Applied Law, majoring in estate planning and wills and estates. Outside of work and study, I enjoy spending time with my much-loved dog, Trudy, and when time allows, restoring vintage furniture.
