Posy Backhouse
I studied law at the University of Western Australia and was admitted to legal practice in 2025. I have worked at leading international firms AO Shearman, primarily in commercial litigation, as well as the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), gaining experience across complex legal matters.
I have developed a strong interest in commercial litigation and employment law. These areas allow me to combine strategic thinking with practical problem-solving to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
As a lawyer at Croftbridge, I work across a range of disputes and litigation matters, as well as employment and workplace claims.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my pets and reading novels – especially detective fiction.
